Arigo Young Leader’s Challenge: YLC
- As a key strategic objective, Arigo Investments Africa aims to attract, develop and retain exceptional and innovative human capital.
- Our aim, resources allowing, is to recruit into the Youth Leadership Challenge (YLC), Matriculants and or Graduates (preferably from a socially disadvantaged background) that have excelled but lack financial and other resources to further extend their education and professional development.
- All accepted candidates will undergo an extremely aggressive and rapid capacity development program which will include completion of a degree (Undergraduate or Postgraduate), various professional certifications and select executive leadership courses.
- We are currently open to applications for our graduate recruitment program. Interested applicants can submit a one-
